Leverett Homeowners may be Eligible for 0% Interest Housing Rehabilitation Loans
The Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is determining interest from Leverett Homeowners in anticipation of administering a housing rehabilitation loan program on behalf of the Town of Leverett. The program would offer 0% interest, declining balance loans (discharged after 15 years) of up to $60,000 for income-eligible residents to improve the safety and energy efficiency of their homes.
