      JR motioned to accept the minutes of the August 18, 2023 minutes as amended. Tom seconded. Motion passed.

      Chair Yoga has paid for it's self with $12 back to the Revolving Fund.
      COA Expense Balance $342
      COA Salary Balance $4,049

      State COA Grant $16,865.39

    • - Finding out how Leverett Seniors get help paying Real Estate taxes

      General Discussion...
      Shirley Thomas -, Representing Tax Relief Group spoke to the members about their program to assist qualifying seniors.
      Tom, of the COA with take on the task of advertising/publicize this 'benefit' to town seniors.
      Possibly the COA working with Tax relief group.

    • - Affordable Housing Trust

      General Discussion...
      Jya discussed with the members a program in Carlisle, Massachusetts's were funds from their Affordable Housing Trust is used to fund a Navigator Position in Leverett. Jya will do further research on this program.
