    • - Citizens Business: Permits and general questions for the board.

    • - 1. 250 BBQ

      General Discussion...
      It was stated by Health Agent, Stephen Ball that the BBQ Committee would need to find a Certified Food Carrier and complete Temporary Food Permit Application.
      As far as Mobile Food Trucks, they would need to complete the same food permit application.

    • - 2. 292 Shutesbury Road -

      Assigned DSCP#R2023-04-03a.

      MOTION, moved by John Hillman, seconded by John Hillman: Web site changed - Peter Sylvan motioned to allow variance (see attached)Hillman seconded: Alwan, Sylvan Hillman voted Aye, Seamon abstained. Motion passed.

      Pass:

      MOTION, moved by Lizzie Alwan, seconded by John Hillman: Motion to approve DSCP Application R2023-04-03a. (former member Sylvan seconded) Hillman, Sylvan and Alwan voted Aye - Seamon Abstained. Motion passes.

    • - 3. 151 North Leverett Road - owner Lise Coppinger

      General Discussion...
      Received a letter from renter of the property (see attached)
      It was stated by Health Agent, Stephen Ball that a building material are now locked on the premises.
      1. Lead testing is not required.
      2. No well testing required.
      3. No soil testing required.
      The owners are cleaning up the alleged hazards. The renters concerns are be addressed with what is entitled under the law; not ever thing the renter wants.

    • - 4. FRCOG Health Director - Jennifer Hoffman Interviewing potential nurses for town position from FRCOG grant.

      Sylvan will participate in the interviews.

    • - 5. 194 Montague Road.

      General Discussion...
      Seeking a Building Permit to build a detached office with a composting toilet. (pre 1995 septic)
      Health Agent will write a letter to the contractor ( Neil Bannon) asking for further information, determine the size and the possibility of collapsed pipes. Septic system designed and installed as a 4 bedroom. House is currently 3 bedroom

      1. Emergency Dispensing Site - Possibly only having 1 central location site.
      2. Working on volunteer pool that can be trained.
      3. Explaining what MHAPCO does; June 21, 2013 is MHAPCO's annual Meeting and is encouraging board members to attend and possibly having a member delegate.
      4. Discussed Ardent's After Action Report relative the covid-19
      5. Explore funding models.
