Agenda: · Approval of minutes 7/1/13 · Public Hearings 7:30 REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION- 40 Mill Yard Road TheLeverett Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL 131 sec 20 to consider a Request for Determination filed by Isaiah Robison to determine if proposed reconstruction of a collapsed riverbank wall at 40 Mill Yard Rd (Assessors Map 4 Lot 15) is subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. 7:40 NOTICE OF INTENT – Lot 4 – 336 Long Plain Road The Leverett Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent by Robert G. O’Bear. The applicant proposes work for a single family home on Lot 4 at 336 Long Plain Road (Assessors Map 3 Lot 15). Portions of the work will be in the buffer zone to wetlands that are subject to protection under M.G.L Ch 131 S 40. 7:50 NOTICE OFINTENT- 169 Shutesbury Road The Leverett Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent by Katherine Campbell. The applicant proposes work for a single family residence at 169 Shutesbury Rd. (Assessors Map Lots 65,66). Portions of the work will be in the riverfront area of Roaring Brook and the buffer zone to wetlands that are subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L Ch 131 S 40). · Topics not anticipated.
