 1. Review and approve the minutes of the last meeting

 2. Discuss the proposal before the Community Preservation Committee for the cleaning, repair and resetting of gravestones in the North Cemetery

 3. Discuss the proposal before the CPC for the repair and replacement of the fence at the Moore's Corner Cemetery

 4. Discuss the proposal from owners of 21 Still Corner Road to replace sills and other damaged beams in their home

5. report from Betsy Douglas on the progress of the three new historic districts

6. Vote on whether to recommend the proposals to the CPC

7. Adjournment
